I’m Ritu - Chartered Accountant, Career coach & founder f this platform dedicated to elevating women of color into careers that feel as powerful as they are.

Over the past 14+ years, I’ve built a global career across India, New Zealand and Australia, working in investment banking, Big 4 consulting & Corporates, navigating the kinds of corporate rooms where women of colour are often the only ones in the room.
